Consider the daily work
Look beyond an appealing business idea. Ask whether you are willing and able to research bicycles, inspect them, arrange collections, prepare listings, and respond to buyers.
Make a decision from the actual information
Record what you know, what still needs checking, and the costs you would incur. For a bicycle, confirm specifications and condition, ask about ownership, and research comparable local offerings. Get qualified help when mechanical or structural safety is uncertain.
Keep a record of purchase price, transport, parts, preparation, storage, fees, and selling time. A listing price is not a completed sale. Gross proceeds differ from net profit, and the bicycle may not sell.
Practice the habits, understand the limits
Use an exercise to work on research, respectful negotiation, accurate marketing, and records. You still make the purchase decision and do the work. Real estate requires additional due diligence, contracts, financing considerations, and legal requirements; a bicycle transaction does not replace studying those responsibilities.

One-on-One Coaching — $1,500 one time is a separate purchase for four weeks of individual guidance. You can choose coaching without buying the turnkey business. Complete System and Lifetime Community are separate. Coaching does not include a website, hosting, AI Buyer, or a software subscription.
A separate turnkey business
Turnkey Self-Launch is $1,500 upfront + $150/month for website setup, hosting, hosted AI Buyer access, an operator dashboard, and managed technology. Turnkey Guided Launch is $3,000 upfront + $150/month, including the same hosted setup and four weeks of one-on-one coaching. The $3,000 consists of $1,500 setup and $1,500 coaching. The monthly fee does not extend the coaching.
The Complete System and Lifetime Community are separate from both launch packages. Hosted access requires an active subscription and does not transfer software ownership, API keys, WordPress administration, or server access. A separately purchased Lifetime Community membership remains separate from the software subscription.
