Why this option exists

Learn business by doing business. Start with a smaller deal.

You don’t need to buy a house to begin learning how business works. You need an opportunity you can understand, numbers you can check and a customer you can serve. A bicycle gives you a practical place to put those pieces together.

Think of it as a hands-on business training ground. Find an undervalued bicycle suitable for resale as it is. Research what buyers actually pay. Ask the seller the right questions. Negotiate, stage it for photos, write an appealing listing and work toward your exit: the sale. The method is buying and reselling, without repairing bikes. Every step gives you something useful to practice.

The goal goes beyond the bicycle. Evaluating value and negotiating can help in real estate and car sales. Presenting an offer, marketing, following up and communicating with customers can help in a moving company or almost any business. Each industry has its own rules and costs, but these core skills travel with you.

The New Flip puts the method and working materials in one place. Read the book. Work through the training. Adapt the scripts, offers and ads. Then bring your judgment and effort to a real opportunity. You get a process to work through, instead of another collection of ideas to leave on the shelf.

A business training ground

Small purchase. Real business decisions.

Buy a bicycle for $100. Sell it for $700. With no other costs, that is $600 profit. No repair project—just an example of buying well and selling well. Along the way, you practice the business skills behind the deal: research, negotiation, presentation, marketing and closing the sale.

$600

Example profit with no other costs

Illustrative example, not a promised or typical result. This example assumes no additional costs; any fees or other costs reduce the $600 profit. The method does not involve repairing bikes. Actual purchase prices, selling prices and outcomes vary, and your purchase money is at risk. The $199 training price is separate from your bicycle budget.

What you get

The explanation. The examples. The tools to take your next step.

For $199 one time, you get the book and its supporting training—not just a cover to look at. Learn the process, revisit the examples and adapt the working materials to your own deals. Spend your attention evaluating the opportunity instead of writing every conversation, offer and ad from scratch.

The book: understand the deal

Learn the method behind finding, evaluating, buying and selling bicycles. Understand what you are trying to achieve at each step, from your first conversation to your exit.

Video training: see how the pieces connect

Use step-by-step videos to connect the written method with practical examples. Revisit the training when you need to review a step.

Manuals: organize the work

Use the systems and automation manuals to understand communication, follow-up and organizing the work around a transaction.

Seller scripts and offers: start the conversation

Adapt seller scripts and purchase offers to your situation. Ask useful questions and put your offer into clear words without starting from scratch.

Sales copy and ads: give buyers a reason to respond

Use sales copy and buyer ads as a starting point for a clear, persuasive listing. Apply what you learn about staging photos, describing the bicycle and communicating with potential buyers.

Deal walkthroughs: check the numbers first

Study examples and walkthroughs that connect value, costs, seller motivation and your exit. Learn to evaluate an opportunity—and recognize when to pass.

How it works

A straightforward path from learning to doing.

01

Learn before you buy

Start with the book, videos and manuals. Understand the process and the costs you need to consider before committing your money.

02

Evaluate your opportunity

Research the bicycle and your local market. Ask questions, inspect condition and ownership, and decide whether the numbers support an offer.

03

Work through the transaction

Adapt the scripts and offers. If you choose to buy, prepare the photos and listing, communicate with buyers and work toward your sale. Review the experience before your next deal.

Training you can put into practice.

The point is to move beyond reading about an opportunity. Learn the method, work through a real buying decision, and review the outcome honestly.

Look at the original student stories for their own account of that process. They are historical experiences, not a promise of what your first transaction will produce.

Questions before you decide

Clear answers.
A clear next step.

Here is what you get, how to use it and what you can add later.

Is this only an ebook?

No. The Complete System includes the book, video training, manuals, seller scripts and offers, sales and buyer ad copy, deal walkthroughs, and copy-and-paste materials.

Can I start with a $100 bicycle?

A $100 purchase is an example of starting small, not a promise that a suitable bicycle is available at that price. Research your local market, condition, ownership and likely selling costs before buying. Your bicycle budget is separate from the $199 training price; resale price and profit are not guaranteed.

Do I have to repair bicycles?

No. The method is finding suitable bicycles to buy and resell as they are, rather than taking on repair projects. Evaluate condition before buying and describe it honestly when selling. If a bicycle needs repairs, pass on it for this approach.

Does the $199 price include the community or coaching?

The $199 Complete System includes the book and self-paced training materials. Lifetime Community is a separate $500 purchase for verified existing book or Complete System buyers. Four weeks of One-on-One Coaching are available separately for $1,500. Neither is included in the $199 purchase.

Do I need the website or AI Buyer to use the training?

No. The hosted launch packages are optional. You can study and apply the Complete System without a monthly software subscription.

Will these skills help beyond bicycle flipping?

The skills you practice—researching value, negotiating, presenting an offer, marketing, following up and communicating with customers—can be useful in real estate, car sales, a moving company and other businesses. Those businesses still have their own regulations, costs and specialist knowledge. Bicycle training does not replace that preparation.

Are profits or a first sale guaranteed?

No. Your decisions, effort, costs, and local market affect the outcome. Training, community, coaching, and the AI Buyer do not guarantee customers, sales, resale prices, or profit.

Can I buy coaching separately?

Yes. Four weeks of One-on-One Coaching cost $1,500 one time, separately from the $199 Complete System, $500 Lifetime Community, and turnkey website/software packages. Lifetime Community is available only after a prior purchase of The New Flip book or Complete System.
